Deposit, Exchange, & Return Policies
At FatBoy Tiki, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our products.
While we meticulously inspect each order before shipment, our creations often embrace the inherent beauty of the materials we work with.
We are committed to meeting and ideally surpassing our clients' expectations; however, the artist retains final authority over the completion of any commissioned work.
Upon the conclusion of the initial consultation, the client is required to remit a deposit equivalent to 50% of the mutually agreed-upon price before the commencement of any work or acquisition of prioritized materials.
Until the initiation of scheduled labor, the client retains the right to request a refund of the aforementioned deposit.
However, any expenses associated with the commission, including but not limited to materials, travel, etc., shall be deducted from said deposit.
Once scheduled labor has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable and is applied towards the total agreed-upon balance, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
All our handcrafted pieces are unique, rendering all sales final with no available exchanges once the piece is completed.
Any post-agreement modifications or trades are distinctly separate transactions and shall be treated as such.
In the improbable event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please promptly contact us to facilitate a resolution.
It is important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers bear responsibility for return shipping costs.
